Meet our Head Chef, Graeme
Graeme likes to cook high end bistro food, very much in keeping with the Peploe’s tradition. He is excited to be back home and using the best of Irish produce with lots of fresh fish, shellfish, seasonal meat and game. He has 21 years cooking experience including time in popular Dublin restaurants such as One Pico and Mulberry Garden.
In 2017 Graeme took the coveted 2017 BBC Good Food Awards in the Middle East – for Best British Restaurant
Graeme’s passion is Irish food and Irish food producers. Having spent some time in the UAE he has returned home to his roots and taken command of the Peploe’s kitchen.
In less than one month Graeme has produced an updated a la carte offering, remaining true to the old time favourites but injecting his own style too.
