Peploe’s reopens on Friday

After major refurbishment works, a new look and feel Peploe’s is about to burst on to the Dublin dining scene.

Same steady commitment to service and food but with a chic, contemporary New York brasserie style meeting old world cocktail_glasselegance of restaurants such as Brasserie Lipp, Paris.

Peploe’s will recommence trading on Friday complete with a full license to serve alcohol, our new cocktail menu will be released in the coming days.

  • Peploe’s commenced trading in November 2003, and has enjoyed great success on St Stephens Green despite many challenges including the recession and more recently the massive LUAS works in the city, the reason for investment now – “Out with the old in with the new” said Barry Canny, Restaurant Owner – “always be current.  Plus, it’s time to celebrate Dublin City being returned to people after 2.5 years of constant upheaval with LUAS works”.
  • The book of Jammet from the famous Dublin restaurant of that name will go on display in Peploe’s.  Famous signatures include those of John Lennon and Elizabeth Taylor to name but two.   The book was purchased at auction for €12k some 12 years ago.
  • Peploe’s import all of their wines directly from Europe.  The personal relationship developed by General Manager Frederic Pelanne with wine growers in Italy and France will continue to be a key part of the unique offering to discerning diners in Dublin.
  • Peploe’s Executive Chef Neil Mulholland is a vegan enthusiast and plans to develop further the current menu offering,
